Civic ("we," "our," or "us") is a portfolio project by Krutik Parikh demonstrating purpose-built software for Canadian municipalities. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit our website at civic.krutikparikh.ca (the "Site").

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. We do not maintain long-term databases of user information. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

While this is a portfolio demonstration site and not a commercial service, we are committed to respecting the principles of Canadian privacy legislation, including:
- PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) — We adhere to the principles of accountability, consent, limiting collection, and safeguards.
- MFIPPA (Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act) — Our products are designed with MFIPPA compliance in mind, including requirements under sections 36 and 37.
