Department-wide dashboards aggregate data across all stations while allowing drill-down to individual station performance. Multi-station departments can configure station-specific inspection zones, training schedules, and minimum staffing requirements.
OFM Standard Incident Reports are auto-generated from operational data with CAD integration pre-populating date/time, address, incident type, response details, and personnel. Batch data submission to OFM includes pre-submission validation to catch errors before they reach the Fire Marshal's office. Annual statistical reports are auto-generated from your incident, fire loss, and casualty data.
We migrate your historical data — occupancy database, inspection history, incident records, personnel files, training records, apparatus inventory, and certification dates — into Civic Fire Services during implementation.
